A few things to agree on before we start.Algumas coisas para combinar antes de começar.
1. Scope
Before I start, the client and I will agree in writing on the deliverables, schedule, and price. If the client asks for work outside that scope, I will quote it separately and get written approval before continuing.
2. Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. I bill extra rounds at my standard hourly rate. A revision is a small adjustment; a major change in direction may count as a new project phase.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is due before I begin. The remaining balance is due when the final files are ready. I will hand over the work after receiving full payment. Ongoing projects are invoiced monthly.
4. Ownership
I own the creative work until full payment is received. After full payment, the client receives full rights to the agreed deliverables. I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Cancellation
If the client cancels after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If more than 50% of the work is complete when the project is cancelled, the full project fee is due.
6. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate content, assets, and feedback on time. Client delays may move the delivery date. I am not responsible for errors the client adds after final approval.
7. Confidentiality
The client and I will keep sensitive information shared during the project confidential and will not share it with third parties.
8. Governing law
Brazilian law applies to these terms. Unless the client and I agree otherwise, any dispute will be handled by the courts of Brazil.
9. Acceptance
By hiring me for a project, the client agrees to these terms. I may update them occasionally, but the version in effect when the project begins is the one that applies.
1. Escopo
4. Propriedade
6. Responsabilidades do cliente
O cliente deve enviar conteúdo, materiais e feedback corretos dentro do prazo.
8. Lei aplicável
As leis do Brasil se aplicam a estes termos.
